Don’t expect to get anywhere with anything in regards to your health.

GP’s can not even be bothered to read your files and just fob you off out the door. I’ve been trying to get a hernia sorted for years and I booked a GP slot to be told I needed to contact the hospital.

Hospital told me they sent a letter to GP’s in 2022 saying I needed to be referred to a specialist but GP’s have not don’t it so I’ve waited for 3 years for nothing.

Very unhelpful staff and anyone that works a lot get just abbot nothing from them unless you book endless days off work and loose a fortune in pay.

Utterly useless GP that makes nothing but mistakes they have lost test samples, told me wrong information endless time and can not even get my medication to me properly.

They are below poor standers and I’d be ashamed to treat people as badly as they do. If you get upset about there utterly disgusting service they blame you and just quote rules and regulations.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are of course so deeply sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction and evident upset towards the practice.

It is clear your issues with the practice are very much long-standing personal ones. There is of course always two sides to an experience and would very much be happy to look into this more specifically for you. We would be grateful if you could contact the practice and afford us the opportunity to investigate your comments more and get some much-needed clarity to you.

In view of your long-standing dissatisfaction, we would like to remind you that whilst all efforts are made to meet individuals personal demands and expectations, we are a practice with over 20,000 patients and therefore all processes need to be both robust and fair to all.

If you truly feel the way you do in regards to your review, we are now wondering if you have since re-registered at an alternate practice of your choosing or whether this is something being considered. We would of course be very sad to lose a patient under such circumstances without being given the opportunity to investigate your issues directly but you are of course within your rights to register elsewhere if you feel another practice can meet your personal expectations better.
