"Usually a good service but on this occasion...."

Luckily I don't need to use the service very much but every time I need an appointment I usually have no issues.

However on this occasion, I rang up for an appointment where I was very rudely shut down by the receptionist on the phone telling me there were no appointments and that it was emergency only. Ok fine, I called at 9am, I had a very busy morning, I said I'd call back in a couple of days. She continued to tell me in a very rude and condescending way that if it didn't call at 8am I won't get an appointment. This conversation lasted less than a minute by the end I was left in tears due to feeling a little more sensitive at that time after the way I was spoken to. I know receptionists are busy but have never had an issue like this until on this occasion where I feel she came across and just purely rude and condescending.
