Just wanted to drop a line to say thank you to a Nicola who works within the booking office.

She was particularly helpful during our communication and went above and beyond her remit to answer all my questions and to advise me fully of up and coming appointments.

Further she checked and confirmed as to which "waiting lists" I was currently being assessed.

Being so caring and compassionate, and of cheerful disposition made what could have been a frustrating experience, trouble free.
