"Lack of care"

Had to wait months to see the diabetic doctor at Ninewells Hospital. Told they were moving on. Also told that if I wasn't on metformin I would be dead. It's not something you want to hear. Expected to hear back from the diabetic nurse but that didn't happen either. Not sure if they keep files when they speak to you. It didn't feel like it. In all I felt a lack of care and concern has been given to me. I feel I will figure it out myself from now on.
