"Very pleasant and kind"

About: NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I had to call 111 to ask about a drug I was prescribed. The call handler, Tracey, was extremely pleasant and since they were very busy, she checked in on me every few minutes while she waited on a nurse becoming available. I appreciated that very much. I was then passed to Michelle, a nurse practitioner. She was also very pleasant and kind. She noted everything and said Tracey would send the notes to my GP explaining why I had called and I was to call my GP when the surgery was open at 8am. Both girls were amazing and a credit to the NHS
