"Cannot speak highly enough of staff"

I had my Mirena coil fitted last week, and I cannot speak highly enough of Karen, Liz, and the wider Devon Sexual Health team. As someone with ASD and a complex psychiatric history, medical procedures can often be daunting, but the kindness and care I received made all the difference. Karen and Liz were exceptional - welcoming, patient, very funny, and genuinely compassionate throughout.

I experienced some cramping for a few days after and some spotting, but this was all explained to me well in advance. At no point was I worried about the procedure, thanks to the clear information and reassurance I received. The whole team created a safe, supportive environment, and I’m incredibly grateful for their understanding and professionalism. Thank you!
