About: Neurodiversity Services / Doncaster ADHD team

(as a service user),

I met with Emily today at a local site, from the get go she greeted me with a warm welcome and I felt completely at ease.

Emily thoroughly explained what the appointment would entail and how long we could possibly be. No question or explanation felt like a silly one and she listened to me fully.

At the end Emily explained what would happen next and when she would next see me for an update on my journey.

She is a credit to your team, thanks again for your care x

Hi I am Jot the Manager for the Team. Thank you for taking the time to complete the care opinion form in regards to your recent engagement with the team. I will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to Emily whom I know will appreciate your kind words. As a team we are constantly reviewing our practices and care delivery to our patients to ensure they are fully supported on their patient journey with the team. All practitioners within the service feel that it is important to be as supportive, caring and understanding when delivering a diagnosis to patients. They do realise the importance of this diagnosis and how it can change a patients whole outlook on life once they receive this as sometimes it makes a huge difference. Good luck with the rest of your patient journey. Thank you once again for completing your care opinion form.
