Met by Janet, made to feel welcomed and relaxed. Introduced to my Nurse Hannah, who asked lots of questions, explained what was going to happen if I was happy to proceed.
The procedure went according to plan and I didn't feel embarrassed at any point and was kept relaxed throughout.
Discussion with Hannah afterwards to confirm next step and her findings. At no point was I made to feel like I was wasting time or an inconvenience. Was treated with respect throughout.
