"111 handler attitude"

Called to speak about recurring chest pain. The handler sounded bored while reading their script and didn't speak clearly, they spoke in a mumbling voice. Didn't really give me much confidence. Someone will call me within the hour but I might go to A&E. Bad service. Please don't just hire anyone... Put some vetting in place.
