(as a service user),

A cat scratch became infected and I was in hospital for 4 days. I hadn't realised how serious it was. I had excellent care and treatment starting with A&E and when I was awaiting my operation, when I was recovering afterwards on Otter Ward and afterwards at my outpatient appointment with the Plastics Team. The Plastics Team were wonderful and took such incredible care of me. They were amazing and I can't thank them enough.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for taking time to write us some lovely feedback about our plastics team.

I am pleased to see you experienced excellent care and treatment throughout your whole patient journey. I hope you are recovering well from your cat scratch injury.

Your feedback is so valuable for us to ensure we are meeting excellent standards of care from admission to discharge and outpatient follow up.
