"I know things will get better moving forward now"

About: Neurodiversity Services / North Lincolnshire ADHD team

(as the patient),

I had a video call with Amanda recently & it was very helpful, I felt at ease but that isn’t a norm for me. I got a diagnosis today and was told about next steps moving forward… I feel slightly more at ease than before my diagnosis, but at least I know things will get better moving forward now.

Many thanks

HI I am Jo the Manager for the Team, firstly thank you for taking the time to complete the care opinion form. Your feedback is appreciated and a pleasure to read. Yes we sometimes offer remotes appointments/assessments to patients especially if they have indicated this at time of referral. It was lovely to read how receiving your diagnosis has made a difference to you and that you are now able to move forward in a more positive way. Thank you once again for completing the care opinion form.
