"Staff overall were lovely and calming"

About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I felt uncomfortable when a staff member was loud when asking me if I was to see the doctor or the sexual health clinic, it wasn’t discreet, whilst for me personally there wasn’t anything to be discreet about for other people it might be and they may feel embarrassed.

Also, walking through the reception area with a swab to go to the toilet, whilst everyone knows I’m at the sexual health clinic and in my appointment still due to the staff asking loudly previously wasn't appropriate.

However sexual health clinic staff overall were lovely and calming, I had no concerns being in their care.
