"Cannot get an appointment"

I've lived here 2 years and never been able to get an appointment to see a GP. 

They introduce AskMyGP and I thought that would help me get in.

I was at my laptop at 8AM having had disturbed sleep due to my back injury... anyway, I filled in the boxes, clicked the bottom thing about clinician, was told check emails... so spent four hours doing that. For nothing.

Called at 12, in agony from sitting at my laptop all that time, and was told no record of me clicking was there, call on Monday.

Monday; 8AM filled in the form, refreshed emails until 9:30, back screaming so called the surgery 5 times, to be disconnected immediately.

Drove round in person, taking a letter of my ailments to be written up. Was told to ring tomorrow and when I said I was cut off repeatedly this morning the member of staff I spoke to rang their own number and told me it's ringing. Who did that benefit? What did that prove? They were on the phone when I arrived; we know it rings...doesn't mean anything! Was I lying? I wanted to get through. I cannot sit there for another 4 hours for nothing!

I have anxiety and autism and I am livid. Why are other people logging on at 8 getting in but I'm not?
