"Truly appreciate the effort and compassion shown"

An overdue but needs to be addressed.

I visited A&E due to numbness and tingling from my right shoulder blade radiating down my arm. I was seen within 30 minutes and only had to wait at the pharmacy for my prescription. From the receptionist to the triage nurse and the other nurses who checked my observations, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional.

Dr. Niven assessed my symptoms and arranged for an MRI. Although the results took some time to come back, he made sure to contact me as soon as they were available and clearly explained the next steps. I genuinely felt his concern and dedication to my care.

I truly appreciate the effort and compassion shown by the entire A&E team, especially Dr. Niven. Every patient deserves to be treated with the same level of care and kindness.
