"Recent treatment for anxiety "

I would very much like to inform the partners of the practice that the treatment I have received recently over eight sessions has been quite successful.

The lady work coach I worked with was very understanding with as far as I am concerned a great attitude with my situation. That being not going out after COVID and stuck in a downward cycle leading to depression etc.

Whilst not being able to name the lady I want to go very public with the partners saying thank you to her and all the staff at the Addison road practice with all their help and continuing great work.
