"Fantastic staff "

I just wanted to feedback on my recent experiences with Glenlea Surgery. 

I recently attended and saw two fantastic clinicians. Reception staff have also been very kind and helpful via telephone (apologies I didn’t get the names of the two women) they were able to get me in to see the same GP I had previously which enabled continuity of care. 

The support worker was professional, friendly, clear communication about the procedure. 

The GP was very open and honest about current issues with waiting list and what my options were, empathic and none judgement regarding weight issues, I felt listened to and validated. At no time did I feel burdensome or blamed (which has been previous experiences in other practices). There are no quick fixes but able to feel empowered and supported made such a difference. 

Thank you, as I know with the pressures you are under and you still being able to still give me personalised and great care was something I wanted to reflect back!! As you probably don’t hear it often enough!!
