"Awful Service"

Having just come out of hospital following major heart surgery I was advised but the hosiptal to arrange for a my wound to be inspected, and stitches removed. When I called the surgery I was told they don't do that!! As my primary carer, they have a responsiblity to provide this very basic service. I call 111 that advised the same that the surgery should provide this service. They gave me the number for the smash team, they advised the same and where shocked, when looking into the records to appears that Water Edge are the only surgery that refuse this basis treatment, pleasse look elsewhere for you medical care if you dont want to be totally stressed out. I will complain via PALS,my MP etc to hopefully fix this for others in the future.
