About: Western General Hospital / Radiology

Thank you to all staff at the Western General Hospital in Edinburgh for helping me today. 

To the gentleman on reception who helped me find my way to the DEXA Scan department.

To the gentleman on reception whom I checked in with at the DEXA Scan department. 

To the radiographer lady who did the DEXA scan.

Everyone of you made the experience better than I could have ever imagined. You made it easier for me and I cannot thank you enough. Communication and being caring was all it took to make a difference to me and I hope this wee feedback encourages you to keep on doing what you are doing. 

The only thing that could be improved was that the toilets were dirty.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story on Care Opinion. I was so pleased to read about the positive experience you had whilst receiving your DEXA scan, how caring the staff were and how good communication made such a difference. I have passed on your feedback onto the staff who will be delighted to received it. I'm sure it will continue to encourage them to keep doing what they are doing.

With regards to the cleanliness of the toilets, I have shared your story with our housekeeping service, so they are aware of the concerns raised.

I have passed your kind words onto the DEXA department. They have asked me to thank you for taking the time to give us such lovely feedback, it is much appreciated by the DEXA Service and staff.
