(as the patient),

Was taken on time the radiographer made me feel at ease was very professional and knowledgeable, was only going to have my testicle checked but she checked my bladder and kidneys as well, so overall it was a very positive appointment.

I am delighted to hear that you received such thorough care from the Radiographer during your ultrasound appointment.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.
