"Very informative, caring and attentive"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I visited A&E on a Thursday recently due to having an incident at work where I tripped over the curb and hurt my ankle. It immediately swelled up and I was advised by my work to go to A&E mainly to make sure I had not broken my ankle.

I was seen really quickly and sent for an x-ray. I was seen by James after he had reviewed my x-ray. He was very informative, caring and attentive.

He answered all my questions and was professional and caring. Showed me how to use my crutches and some exercises to keep my ankle moving.
