About: Ninewells Hospital / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

Bit of a hiccup at the start when an urgent appointment wasn’t arranged quickly enough but once re-arranged it was then very efficient.  First part of the assessment was completed over the phone and Alana had obviously prepared well before the call.  She was kind and caring.  The in person assessment was done the next day with very little time spent waiting around.  Again I was treated with kindness.
