About: Killamarsh Medical Practice

Unlike urgent care which is lacking due to understaffing, this routine review was good .Enough time was given to discuss any concerns The surgery is great for routine care and the limited capacity the clinicians have is fully utilised to good effect in that area, all staff were polite and caring

Dear Joanne, thank you for this useful and welcomed feedback. We do provide numerous 'same day' appointments for acute conditions. Not surprisingly those slots are regularly booked up quickly. Increasing same day capacity would only ever be at the expense of the routine appointments so the challenge is always in reaching a balance between same day and routine slots.
