"Stand out care"

I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Royal Surrey A and E following my visit on a Thursday evening. 

Arrived late at night following spike in fever, rapid heart rate and shaking. I was incredibly anxious as this had not happened before and had only felt mildly unwell during the day.

I was given lots of reassurance and triaged quickly by the team. Kept up to date with what was happening and was also discharged earlier than expected having been seen by an on call consultant which was amazing as I just wanted to go home as I felt much better! I was also provided with prescriptions and a follow up plan by the team which made me feel at ease.

I can’t remember everyone’s name and I am very grateful for all the care but I’d like to give special thanks to Maz and Dr Harriet whose stand out care  were so appreciated.
