"All very professional and pleasant"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Excellent diagnostic skills of the Junior Registrar and referral to the specialist Thyroid Eye Disease doctor. Treatment started urgently, including a series of intravenous steroid infusions. A great relief to obtain such an attentive response after many months of the unknown.

Excellent service from the Critical Intervention Unit, who delivered the infusions. Staff all very professional and pleasant. Good attention to hygiene and risk management.
