"Excellent service from all concerned"

(as a service user),

Had to have a routine blood test this morning.  Arrived at reception 20 minutes early for my appointment.  The receptionist on duty was very pleasant and welcoming.  I only had to wait a few minutes before being called through to get my test done.  Both girls were extremely welcoming and put me at ease straight away. We had a lovely chat with a few giggles along the way.   

Excellent service from all concerned.
