(as a parent/guardian),

Blood was being taken from my 2 year old, the nurses Shannon and Olivia were excellent.

As the Senior Charge Nurse for the Outpatients Department. I firstly want to thank you for taking the time to write such wonderful feedback about your experience to our treatment rooms with your daughter.

Shannon and Olivia will be delighted to hear that they have made your experience a pleasant one.

Both are excellent at what they do, and this will certainly make their day.
