"Staff were extremely helpful and considerate"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as a service user),

I attended the cataract unit QMH, Dunfermline earlier this week. 

The purpose was to have my left eye cataract removed and the new lens implanted. 

Although very busy (doing 10 or 11 operations in the morning) I found that the whole team from welcome desk through to the surgeon, were extremely helpful and considerate throughout the experience
