"IAPT just offered a list of phone numbers"

About: Talking Therapies Doncaster

(as the patient),

You really ought to be proud of yourself.

I explained to the worker that I was  experiencing periods of suicidal ideation which has being greatly contributed  to by the fact that I have had such poor care from the nhs.
I was offered a list of telephone numbers.
Please tell me how that works.
They spent more time telling me to shut up politely, they they did doing anything positive. If this is best, you can offer. No wonder the mental health service is in crisis.
Do not make any effort whatsoever to contact me.
