(as the patient),

I would like to say a massive thank you to all my carers who take the time to come to my house to look after me. I've not been in a bed since over 12 years due to restless leg syndrome but now with help from Sarah, Lorraine, Martin, Mary, June, Annmarie, Kay, Marie, Cheryl & all of the other carers I've perhaps missed, it is small steps for me but positive with the support of these fantastic guys. You actually don't know what this means to me but I'm sure they know by the look on my face.

Everyday when they arrive words can't explain the way I feel about the service that is provided & I can't thank you guys enough for the care that I receive.

I would also like to say a massive massive thank you to Lorraine, my care package coordinator, she has done nothing but the best for me as she has taken the time to organise everything for me. A million thanks once again for putting up with me.

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking you for your sincere thanks and appreciation to the Enablement Support Workers, and also Lorraine (Assessment and Review Practitioner who work within the Care at Home Start Team (West).

Your kind words are so thoughtful and it is so nice to receive such high praise for all staff working with yourself to ensure you are receiving the care service you deserve.

Your message will be passed on to all the workers within the team that have contributed to your care and ongoing support, as your kind message is what makes all our roles within the service extremely worthwhile.

Thank you so much Rosemary I just wanted to post these stories because all the guys are fantastic with me & I wouldn't change anything.
