On two separate occasions I have attended with certain side affects. The gp was more concerned with issues I didn't ask to be seen about. On the second occasions medications were discussed and I have been given medication that the side effects means I will either find it difficult to attend work or difficult to take to avoid the side affects. Apparently certain side affects and benefits of certain treatment was discussed along with lifestyle changes, I.e to loose weight was discussed - these were never discussed and I'm not overweight in accordance with my Bmi. I mentioned about trying to find out the underlying cause for condition other than unfortunate genetics and again this was ignored. I would rather never have to visit a GP surgery again if I didn't have to. Has nothing to do with the NHS but they do not listen to their patients.
