"Broken ankle"

About: Outpatients Centre / Musculoskeletal (MSK) Hub

(as a service user),

So, today, I thought I was going to the fracture clinic for an xray and replacement cast instead it was stitches out!  I really wasn't prepared for it.  Claire put me at ease straight away so much so I didn't even flinch when she removed the stitches. I could feel her care, kindness and patience.  I'm sorry I didn't notice the other nurse's names as everyone I had contact within the fracture clinic and xray department as they too treated me with such care and attention. You really are a great team and work your socks off.

Kindness may be free but all too often isn't shared - But I can't say that about Area 5, they share in abundance!

Thank you all 🙏
