I do like this surgery but booking an appointment has changed for the worse since Covid and it is not only hard to get an appointment but it is not remotely accessible.
You used to be able to book appointments online, but when Covid came, they stopped it.
Covid has long gone but you still cannot book appointments online!
You are expected to call at 8am which isn't remotely accessible.
As someone with chronic illnesses, I cannot call on mornings due to health issues such as severe fatigue.
We need online booking back!
There is no reason for it not to come back.
They used to have it, so why not now?
