I just tried to phone the practice on 01452 505344 to cancel an appointment today, 26 Feb. 2025. Trying to help the practice. I waited 25 minutes as No 1 in the queue & gave up at that point. My phones are on a PPM tariff & 25 minutes with no response costs me money I cannot afford to waste on my minimum Pension. I can find no other way to contact them on their recently changed website apart from making a complaint. I get No Reply texts from them so I cannot text them. I can't even find an email address on their website now.
I've had enough anyway at 79 years of age & in poor health. I'm just sick of it. They call me on undisclosed/hidden numbers, but I have to jump through multiple hoops to simply call them??? And wait 25 minutes with no response? Sad state our NHS is in these days.
