"Disappointment "

This GP practice could be amazing, my dads doctor is a very polite and friendly Doctor and will go above and beyond for his patients with the upmost care (in regards to my father). However, the front of house are so rude and incompetent! I know there is stigma of doctors receptionists, but these take it to a whole new level. I have heard how they speak to my dad, I also have had the unpleasant experience of having to speak to them, the tone of voice when answering the call is so unprofessional and just so rude, as I am a health care professional myself I find this unacceptable! The amount of times my dad has been harassed to contact the GP and the receptionist have no idea why he's phoning is appalling and then to have to endure the tone and the volatile responses from the front of house is just unacceptable! The doctor my dad has is absolutely amazing, however due to the receptionists it lets the whole surgery down unfortunately. I wish my dad wasn't severely ill otherwise I'd change him surgery's. All being said if you enjoy being disgustingly spoke to by receptionists this is definitely be the perfect GP.
