Elaine always arrived at my home on time with all the relevant equipment needed in order to take my blood.

Throughout my appointments, Elaine was extremely professional and friendly and clearly explained the process.

True to her word, Elaine contacted me shortly after she had taken the blood to let me know my results.  

She was as flexible as she could be in order to work around my work schedule.

It has been an unnerving time given the diagnosis, but having had Elaine visit me, it was nice to close the chapter on such a positive note.  Thank you Elaine.

Thank you for sharing your experience of Elaine from the Wessex Clinical Van team. I can understand how this process can be unsettling but I'm so pleased to read that Elaine was able to talk you through the treatment and follow up in a way that suited you.
