I had a blood test which went very well.

However I feel the pod for taking your BP is just awful. Whoever uses this pod must feel like the waiting room entertainment. Curtains all completely open, no privacy what's so ever. Awful. Opening curtains yourself is enough to put BP up in front of an audience. The curtains should be partially closed then up to the person to pull or not pull. On another note i'm very satisfied and happy with pharmacy though.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are pleased you were happy with your blood test appointment with our experienced phlebotomist.

We note your comments regarding the aging surgery POD. The Friends of Fordingbridge Surgery (FOFS) are fundraising to replace the POD, together with a new private, soundproofed, wheelchair accessible room providing a private space for a receptionist or dispenser to speak to patients. The new room will be located in Main Reception, and will also house the new health check POD, providing a more secure, confidential and comfortable patient experience. As this is not funded by the NHS, the current POD will remain in situ until we are able to replace it. In the meantime, please do ask our friendly reception team for assistance when you next use the POD.
