About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

My daughter fell at work and after being triaged in the Emergency Department she was referred the Minor Injuries Unit. 

X-Ray confirmed broken finger. 

Whole visit was about an hour. 

Thank you to everyone involved in my daughter's care.  You are all a credit to the hospital.♥️

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience following your daughter's recent admission to the Emergency Department and Minor Injuries Unit within University Hospital Crosshouse.

I sorry to hear that your daughter required to attend the Emergency Department following a fall at work, but really pleased to hear that she was triaged, assessed and treated so promptly.

When times are challenging, it’s always nice to hear such positive feedback from our patients and their relatives and it will be my pleasure to share your feedback with the wider Team in the Department.
