"No wheelchairs or porters "

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I had an appointment in pain clinic and I cannot walk far. Medway hospital never have enough wheelchairs and disabled patients are met with “what do you want me to do about it “ from the awful receptionist. They expect people with broken spines to walk or bring there own wheelchair ( that they cannot lift out of the car ) being told to” walk “ to the clinic was disgusting and after writing two complaints the staff at the hospital only want to see people who can “walk “ to the clinics . In other words you cannot get the services if you are disabled after a car crash .

Kind regards,
