(as a service user),

I visited the PEOC outpatient department as a new patient to see one of the orthopaedic specialists. From arrival to departure it was a very positive experience. As part of my assessment I was sent off to x-ray prior to my appointment and the experience in radiology services was also excellent. The departments were clean and tidy. Clear signposting. Lovely friendly and helpful staff throughout my outpatient care journey. Thank you RDUH and PEOC.
