(as a relative),

My dad recently attended the podiatrist in Shantallow Health Centre, and was seen by Gareth. 

He was very welcoming and recognised my dad from an earlier appointment a few years ago. He was pleasant and helped my dad to feel relaxed. 

He took great care with dad's feet and explained to him all the time what he was doing. 

Dad said Gareth had done a great job with his feet and they feel so much better now.
