I had to sign on as a temporary patient in Devon and the temp practice deleted my registration at melrose surgery, endangering ongoing referrals and appointments.
Thankfully melrose swiftly put it right and absolutely restored my faith in people.
No fuss, no bother , the receptionist knew exactly what to do saving me a metric ton of bother.
