I came into day surgery as planned. My procedure was carried out with care and attention.
The nursing staff especially the SCN Angela were knowledgeable, professional and caring.
The theatre team were excellent and the medical team treated me with dignity and respect, especially Linda.
The discharge advice was clear and concise.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased to hear that the doctor/nurses spoke to you throughout and took excellent care of you. This must have been very reassuring and helped you feel at ease.
