I am beyond frustrated and appalled at the complete lack of care and communication from this practice. For weeks, I have been repeatedly messaging, calling, and requesting an appointment, only to be told to fill in a form which is then ignored time and time again. I have completed this form more than 5 times with no action in response other than being told there is no appointments and to fill it out again. Not only have I been denied the basic courtesy of an appointment or even a phone conversation, but I have also been left without my essential prescription, which is utterly unacceptable. I have requested my prescription through the website as instructed 4 times with no response leaving me in excruciating pain for 3 weeks. when I have called I was told to fill in another form and that they have had my prescription for a week but not passed this on so I am unable to receive my medication nor do they know when I will be able to.
I have given ample time and sent multiple requests, yet I have received no effort, no acknowledgment, and certainly no help. This is not just an inconvenience—this is negligence. Patients rely on their doctors for care, and failure to even respond shows a shocking disregard for their duty.
