Í would just like to say a massive massive thank you to Sarah
She is fantastic because what she has done for me is second to none well it's like this where would I be without her she has got me equipment & I believe she had gone out of her way
To do this she is by far the very best occupational therapist she is fantastic
Thank you so much the things that you have done for me Sarah you are out of this world.
