(as a service user),

My early Dec 2024 appointment failed miserably; I hadn’t been advised to obtain/use oestrogen cream well prior to the appointment. So, I attended my next appointment in mid Feb 25 with some trepidation.  

Kayleigh was superb; very patient, explained everything at every step, and listening intently to (and acting upon) my physiological concerns.

Her “feet on the stirrups, legs apart to relax the pelvis” strategy was nothing short of a miracle.  Due to my age, this will hopefully be my final smear test.

Kayleigh’s caring and understanding attitude was superb, and I would like this to be appropriately noted.

i am the senior charge nurse within clinic f at stobhill hospital ach.this clinic is dedicated to womens health within gynaecology .Patients attend for a variety of different gynaecological issues where a diagnosis can be made and further treatments given.I also manage a group of 15 nurses in order for them to safely provide the highest and most up to date care for each patient
