I suffered retention overnight, so I needed a catheter attached. The two district nurses who came arrived swiftly, which was appreciated as I was in great pain.
They were friendly, highly professional and made the procedure as comfortable as it could be. This enabled me to stay at home and not have to go to A & E, which was much better for me and also reduced the pressure on the hospital.
A fabulous and very valuable service, thank you.

I am very proud of my team and their diligence towards being both professional and respectful when supporting people in their own homes and our specialist clinics, whilst providing individualised, holistic care.
