I was booked in for a Mirena coil fitting and was seen by the specialist doctor. It was refreshing to be seen by a doctor who knows about menopause. She made me feel valued and supported. She listened to my concerns and my symptoms. Once the Mirena was due to be fitted which she talked to me through the whole procedure, the before and after and a follow up call booked to see how I am doing as well as a possible exploration of other HRT. Oh! And the consultation didn't feel rushed! Absolutely top doctor.
