I have been under the care of ENT.
I have to say, the service I received as an NHS patient was faultless.
My Consultant from the very first consultation, took the time, to explain my condition, what tests and scans would be to take place and then he discussed the options available to me.
I didn’t feel my consultations were rushed, he explained everything to me, in a manner I understood. He is extremely thorough, polite and considerate to my needs and very courteous.
I was completely involved with the process. Even on the day of surgery, everyone I met was extremely professional. I felt I was in good hands, I felt relaxed and not nervous about my operation.
Again my consultant explained prior to surgery, what was entailed, what recovery would be like and what to expect while I healed.. Again this process wasn’t rushed..
Post surgery consultation, I met with my consultant, he showed my pictures of my condition and then undertook a thorough examination, explained his findings and what to expect while I continue to heal..
Absolutely a superb service. Faultless throughout.
