Regarding my attempts Today, It is very annoying when a request is being made using either online system or by telephone to be advised "systems close at noon". Why is there any of these methods if they are not available 24/7? Surely many people do not object to waiting, but not having a Service available if not Providing A Service

Thank you for your feedback—we understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Our GP practice operates from 08:00 to 18:30, with our online and telephone request systems available during these hours. To manage demand and ensure patient safety, these systems may close earlier if we reach capacity for the day.

For medical advice and urgent concerns when the practice is closed or at capacity, NHS 111 is available 24/7 to assist you.

We recognise the importance of accessible healthcare and are continually reviewing our processes to improve patient experience. Thank you again for your feedback
