About: University Hospital Wishaw / Paediatrics wards (19 & 20)

(as a service user),

We visited Ward 19 of Wishaw General with ongoing concerns about our newborn daughter. We have multiple issues with our  daughter and Dr Naidoo was kind, compassionate and empathetic. She was extremely thorough in her approach to coming up with a treatment plan and ensured that we are fully informed and confident with next steps. 

As first time parents, we are naturally very anxious, but I feel as though our concerns were listened to and taken seriously. She is an absolute credit to the profession and to the hospital.

Thanks for getting in touch - you're description of Dr Naidoo is spot on! She's an extremely valued member of our team and it's lovely to hear how her natural kindness and compassion has made a difference to you at a really stressful time.
